The best time to visit Tioman Island is between April and October. All round the year, Tioman Island experiences hot and humid climate. Average temperature varies between 21°C and 32°C. The level of humidity is usually very high. 

Between November and March, the Island experiences heavy rain and in the months between December-January, ferry services are reduced and some resorts are shut, hence it is advisable to avoid visiting the island during these months.

May to August is considered to be the dry season ideal for sightseeing and outdoor activities. There is low rainfall during this season.
